The World Cup match between India and Bangladesh is high scoring and also exciting. India won the match by 28 runs and entered the World Cup 2019 semi-finals.
India won the toss and scored Rohit Sharma’s century (104) and KL Rahul (77) with a half-century to score 314 in 50 overs.
Bangladesh responded well but in spite of all the efforts, the whole Bangladesh team was out for 286 in 48 overs. Shakib Al Hasan top scored with 66 runs.
There were many fans cheering the Indian team in this match, but 87-year-old Charulata Patel was the superfan of the Indian team. Charulata lives with her entire family in the UK and came to the stadium specifically to watch the match between India and Bangladesh.
Charulata had brought her granddaughter to the wheelchair. After the match, Rohit Sharma and Indian captain Virat Kohli met their superfan.
Once when Charulata reached the cricket stadium, seeing them cheering their team India there, hardly anyone could guess that they had to resort to the wheelchair.
